Houston Label utilizes a variety of software programs to make things easier for you. If your program is not listed below, don't worry. Simply contact one of our customer service representatives

Prep Your File

Preparation Guidelines

Work through this checklist to make sure you've included everything we'll need to print your project:

Include a color proof of image or attach a PDF/JPG for viewing.
All colors should be compatible with the Pantone Matching System (PMS).
The minimum stroke should be no less than ½ point.
Images should be provided in EPS, TIFF or layered Photoshop (PSD) formats.
Include MAC fonts, preferably PostScript fonts (include both printer and screen fonts), or convert fonts to paths / outlines / curves.

For smaller files, you can email them directly to art@houstonlabel.com. We would recommend compressing the files using Stuff-It or ZIP compression before sending to avoid file corruption.

Online File Transfer:
For larger files, you can use our online file transfer system where you can upload files directly to our secure server.
